An intellectual based historical revisionist organisation. It was founded in 1994 by Fredrick Toben, Australia’s leading Holocaust denier. The Institute works closely with independent revisionists and organisations such as the Institute for Historical Review in producing historical documents and arguments refuting the existence of the Final Solution and a plan by Nazis to mass murder Jews.
They have worked closely with German, American, British and Canadian Holocaust deniers under the banner of free speech. Typical arguments made by the group include international Jewish conspiracies, inconclusive and inaccurate historical evidence and refuting the testimonies of Holocaust survivors. Since Toben’s legal troubles relating to Holocaust denial, Peter Hurting, his protege, is the current leader of the Adelaide Institute.
